The urmahlullu (untamed lionman) is a mythical ancient Mesopotamian beast with a lion-centaur appearance. He is powerful, mysterious and from a world beyond ordinary nature. He is the oldest known representation of a being that does not exist in physical form but symbolises ideas about the supernatural. He is sometimes depicted as holding a club and wearing a cap of divinity, but in this particular case he is wearing a bowler hat and showing off his tats for his lady; ready to trip the light fantastic!
This coaster is printed on white translucent acrylic with UV cured ink and then clear coated.
